LinkedIn Introduces AI-Powered Tools for Promotional Content Creation

LinkedIn on Tuesday officially launched a suite of AI-powered tools for creating promotional content within its Campaign Manager platform. According to company officials, the tools are designed to streamline ad copy generation, personalization, and campaign management, helping B2B advertisers reduce the cost and effort of producing creative content.

The new AI-powered tools include “Brand Kit,” which allows marketers to store brand colors, fonts, logos, and voice guidelines directly within LinkedIn’s Campaign Manager platform, officials said. According to LinkedIn, this feature reduces manual oversight by automatically applying brand rules across multiple ad variants, helping maintain consistency at scale.

Brand Kit serves as the foundation for AI-generated promotional content, ensuring that copy and creatives adhere to established brand standards.

Among the suite’s offerings is “Draft with AI,” an ad copy generation tool that creates promotional text suggestions based on the URL of the product or service being advertised. The tool analyzes the landing page, campaign objectives, and optionally past creatives to generate tailored headlines and introductory copy, officials explained. Advertisers can use Draft with AI during campaign setup to auto-populate ad text, which can then be edited before launch, streamlining the creative process.

LinkedIn is also introducing AI-powered ad variants that automatically produce multiple versions of an existing ad by generating new headlines and introductory text variations. The platform’s flexible ad creation capability intelligently mixes and matches images, videos, and copy to create numerous unique creative combinations from a single campaign setup, enhancing dynamic creative optimization, according to company sources. These features aim to improve campaign performance by enabling continual testing of different creative angles without requiring manual duplication or rewriting.

The promotional tools further include enhanced personalization options that leverage LinkedIn’s first-party data to tailor ad copy to individual audience attributes such as job title, company name, or industry. This personalization layer operates within Campaign Manager, matching creative variants to audience segments based on professional data without complex manual targeting, LinkedIn officials said. The system integrates with Brand Kit and Draft with AI to ensure that personalized messages align with brand voice and guidelines.

In addition to the creative suite, LinkedIn is rolling out Accelerate, an AI-powered campaign creation tool that builds end-to-end ad campaigns, including creatives and targeting. First piloted in October 2023 with select North American advertisers, Accelerate reportedly reduces campaign creation time from approximately 15 hours to about five minutes, a more than 99% decrease, according to LinkedIn and industry reports. Early performance data indicate that campaigns built with Accelerate improve cost per action by 42 to 52% and are created around 15% more efficiently than traditional campaigns, sources confirmed.

Accelerate works by analyzing the advertiser’s product URL, company LinkedIn Page, and prior ad accounts to generate creatives, suggest audiences, and incorporate Microsoft Designer for additional promotional content. LinkedIn plans to launch Accelerate globally to all advertisers by early autumn 2026, following a 50% global beta rollout by June, company statements said.

The broader AI promotional toolset inside Campaign Manager was rolled out in mid-2026 as an interconnected suite of features rather than a single product, according to social media and marketing trade coverage. LinkedIn’s corporate communications in October 2023 highlighted these AI products—including Accelerate, Recruiter 2024, and an AI coaching experience—as part of a new generation of AI-powered business features.

Industry analysis notes that LinkedIn’s AI promotional tools are targeted primarily at B2B advertisers, utilizing the platform’s professional graph to increase efficiency and performance in business-oriented campaigns. The expansion of AI capabilities supports LinkedIn’s strategic focus on enhancing video and event marketing, improving ad efficiency, and offering an integrated AI solution for businesses of varying sizes, according to external commentators and company officials.
