All of my TikTok For You page for the past few days has been showing pretty much non-stop videos inspired by Olivia Rodrigo Angry Album – as it should. But Mia Cherise Hall recently released a parody that stands out from the crowd and combines Miss Rodrigo’s album with another one of my pop culture lovers: Schitt’s Creek. Hall imagined what it would be like if Alexis Rose recited Rodrigo’s pop-punk track “Good 4 U” and believe it or not, the combo works incredibly well.
Hall stepped on Alexis’ shoes and pretended the celebrity was arguing with her boyfriend Ted. “You look happy and healthy,” said Hall, matching Alexis’ intonation and mannerisms perfectly. “Not me, if you ever cared to ask.” I could totally see this scene in one Schitt’s Creek Follow, and Rodrigo has to agree because she gave it her own seal of approval. Hall’s video received a comment from the singer “Deja Vu”, who wrote “Iconic” on the video. Check out the clip below to see Hall return to the Rose Motel.
