From makeup challenges inspired by Euphoria to affordable products that can produce serious results, TikTok is often the next big thing in beauty. As for the latest obsession, the platform can’t get enough of a $ 11 mascara, which basically contains lash extensions in a bottle.
It all started in December when Maybelline partner @ jessica.eid_ shared their results with the Lash Sensational Sky High Waterproof Mascara. The mascara is priced at $ 11.49 and is one of the newest Maybelline products. It offers the beauty of lengthening lashes and adding volume.
While using the product, @ jessica.eid_ demonstrated what her lashes looked like after application, and she also pointed out the “pliable” applicator wand, which Maybelline describes as the “Exclusive Flex Tower” brush, which pulls hair from the root Tip is coated to the root.
The results are impressive, and since that first release, countless other TikTok users have taken a stab at the original video and shared their results. It seems like it would take multiple layers to achieve the length, but when applied, users are officially in love and call it their “new favorite”. Others liked the results but shared their continued preference for cheaper alternatives, including this person intending to stick with another TikTok-approved product.
