TikTok “Masks Up” Contest Winners Present Creativity To Promote Security

Dearborn City held a TikTok competition to encourage people to create fun, short videos encouraging residents to “Mask Up, Dearborn”. Three people who received the most votes won a $ 100 Amazon gift card.

During the competition, contestants flexed their creative muscles to create fun videos designed to encourage the community to wear masks to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Although every entry submitted was compelling and thoughtful, the three people who received the most votes at the end of the competition on December 21st were: • Marlee Beck with 8,695 votes • Jana Hence with 8,133 votes • Luke Hetrick with 6,969 votes.

The city is extremely grateful to everyone who submitted a video for the competition, as they all served to promote important public health protocols that protect the community.
