Seth Rogen is safe and sound – he promises that.
The actor responded to a hilarious TikTok on Tuesday that questioned his wellbeing as his social media pages these days are mostly about his other beloved hobby (no, no smoking weed): pottery.
Rogen regularly shares new vases and other – usually glowing – creations (there are plenty of ashtrays) that he made at his Hollywood home.
A TikTok user has made a two-minute music post in which (jokingly) questions are asked whether Rogen was kidnapped or died. “Has anyone seen Seth Rogen lately? I’ve seen a lot of photos of his vases. Haven’t seen a recent photo of his face yet. I have a crazy hypothesis. Seth was kidnapped by a seedy ceramist, ”the lyrics begin.
Rogen shared the TikTok on Twitter and wrote: “This video is very funny and not true at all! I was not kidnapped! This is not a hijacker writing this from Seth’s account! I promise! ”Some users replied that the message was exactly what a hijacker would say.
Rogen has specialized in ceramics after taking pottery classes with his wife in 2017.
“It makes you very present and focused on what you are doing right now,” he said in a June interview with GQ UK. “It’s hard to do other things while making pottery.”
Rogen and his wife are so hardcore that they built a studio with three pottery wheels in their garage – one for each and one for a guest. Posts of his creations on social media always get a lot of responses, with a lot of fans asking when he’s going to open a store.
