LegitScript Fights Bid To Transfer Antitrust Declare To Oregon

Law360 (Jun 17, 2021, 6:23 pm EDT) – LegitScript, a prescription review and monitoring provider, has notified a New York federal court that it has no jurisdiction to resolve an antitrust lawsuit brought by PharmacyChecker.com over an alleged closing conspiracy the drug transfer price check website from the market.

PharmacyChecker.com is trying to separate its claims against LegitScript from those against several large pharmacy associations and transfer the claims to Oregon. However, LegitScript said in an objection filed on Tuesday that the New York court had already determined that it had no jurisdiction over the company.
