Decide Koh DQs Keller Lenkner From Fb Antitrust Swimsuit

Law360 (Jul 14, 2021, 8:08 pm EDT) – U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh disqualified Keller Lenkner LLC Tuesday from representing a proposed group alleging that Facebook is violating antitrust law by acquiring and blocking competing platforms after Facebook argued that an employee’s recent hiring of an employee created an “obvious conflict of interest”

Judge Koh’s bilateral order required clarification, stating that the court is currently focused on preparing a motion to dismiss the hearing scheduled for Thursday and that a written decision will be issued “shortly”.

“However, the court finds that the records do not reflect that confidential information was disclosed by Facebook,” the judge said …
