- Burnley FC Women will also continue to be integrated into the club by using the same crest as the men’s team.
Burnley Football Club and TikTok have partnered with the club to broadcast live every home game of Burnley FC’s women in the 2021-22 season under a multi-year contract.
Burnley FC Women will be the first team to have their games streamed live on TikTok – which will also become the team’s sleeve sponsor – as it expands significantly as part of the club’s new women’s football strategy.
As part of the partnership, the club will work with football content creators who are also working with Burnley FC Women players to create their own profiles on the platform.
This is the first season of live Burnley FC women’s games and is the latest boost to the club’s presence in women’s football after a long-term roadmap to professionalize the team and use shared facilities was announced in February.
The club will continue to integrate the team as Burnley FC Women will play under the same Burnley FC crest as the men for the first time next season and will no longer appear as a separate team at the club.
