Why Was GeorgeNotFound Banned From TikTok? For No Motive, It Appears

It’s no secret that social media networks with young users are quick to toss the hammer at streamers, no matter how popular they are, and effectively remove them from their respective platforms. Sometimes the reasons for this are pretty well known, like a lot of Twitch talents found guilty of predatory behavior or when tons of Pro Super Smash Bros. gamers were pedophiles. But what happened to popular YouTuber GeorgeNotFound? Why was he banned from TikTok?

It seems like there’s no clue online at all which explains why GeorgeNotFound was banned from TikTok.

Seriously. Nothing. Post Code. Nada and so on and so forth and other synonyms for “zero”. Many of his social media followers have named George one of the least problematic popular streamers on TikTok, and others find it absolutely “crazy” that he was banned from the video sharing site for absolutely no reason.

What is really worrying is that these major platforms usually don’t know exactly why a user has been banned. This has upset more than a few streamers who believe that it looks like it is attracting top talent who have spent years building their lives building a large fan base and bringing new, paying users to the platform, just to say the least pulling the rug out from under her feet like a pretty frightening prospect.

Dr. Disrespect is a prime example of this phenomenon. The popular Twitch streamer landed on its feet after Twitch’s surprise move, but to this day no one knows exactly why its contract with the live streaming powerhouse was canceled. What worries most about the Doctor’s ban is that he was pretty much Twitch’s figurehead. He was a huge part of brand marketing and had just closed a big deal with the company.

While there have been many rumors surrounding Dr. Dispect, a lot of people jumped on rumors and some Twitter users suggested it was something unforgivably bad, but nothing to suggest that GeorgeNotFound did anything that would violate TikTok’s user guidelines.

That’s why GeorgeNotFound teamed up with fellow streamers Quackity and Dream to find out why he was banned from TikTok.

They posted their results online and the biggest clue they might have found of his ban was an image he used in one of his TikTok videos of the Burger King, in which he made out with Ronald McDonald. It could be that GeorgeNotFound has such a highly regarded report that BK wasn’t particularly interested in their logo, which sits on the king’s crown and appears on an image that is effectively “hanging out with the enemy.”

The fact that their logo was even used in his video could have been a reason for the temporary ban. Yes, you heard that right – the ban was temporary and @GeorgeNotFound is back on TikTok with all of its 4.1 million fans intact.

People are still joking on Twitter about the reason GeorgeNotFound was banned. Some claim he “attacked” people who love lettuce. Others say it’s because he didn’t upload a vlog at some point.
