What’s the ‘Somebody’ account on TikTok? Mysterious 9/15/21 prediction goes viral
TikTok users were stunned by a mysterious account with millions of followers simply called “Someone” after making a strange prediction of the 9/15/21 date.
While TikTok is best known for its viral dances and challenges, there are also some slightly bizarre accounts that have gone viral in the past few months.
Some have gone viral for creepy PSA-style horror videos, and others like Aesthetic Time Warper have made a splash with their dramatic predictions for the future. But so far none have been as mysterious as ‘Someone’.
‘Someone’ is an account with over 9 million followers and especially without a profile picture or biography. Your display name is 9/15/21 and the account is currently set to private.
A few days before that date, people started sharing screenshots of a comment from ‘Somebody’ who claimed September 15th was “the day the internet crashes”. This is the result of a predicted solar flare.

However, September 15th came and went, and the internet hasn’t gone yet, despite the fact that the account kept the date as a display name.
Who is behind the mysterious “Someone” is currently not clear. Many are confused about how they managed to gain so many followers in what seemed like such a short amount of time, but there is no clue of their identity on their side.
Originally, the account was verified, which left even more people confused as to who this person could possibly be, even though their verification badge has since been removed.

With so many followers, people wonder if someone will try to make more predictions or post more content. But for now, people remain baffled by the existence of this strange account.
