These bowls are a quick and delicious way to get many of the nutrients you need to start your day in the best possible way. They’re a lot more fun than a regular fruit smoothie as you can add a lot of different toppings to keep them exciting, not to mention being very aesthetic. Healthy and insta-worthy? Tropical smoothie bowl recipe
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup of milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- A handful of coconut flakes
- A handful of cereal
- Any fruit of your choice for toppings
Start by preparing your toppings. Cut all the fruits of your choice into pieces and get your favorite cereal, coconut flakes and honey from the cupboard.
Put your frozen banana, strawberries, and mango in a blender, followed by milk of your choice. Mix the ingredients until they are all combined and have an ice cream consistency.
Use a spoon to pour the mixture from the blender into your favorite bowl.
Add your toppings to the mix and your breakfast is ready to enjoy.
