The way to develop an instagram neighborhood organically

Building a strong community is the backbone of any business. The stronger your community, the stronger your bottom line will be! That’s why I’m sharing in this blog post how you can organically build an Instagram ™ community.

In this blog post:

# 1 Follow hashtags

Instagram ™ hashtags will always be one of the most effective ways to get more attention to your content. However, if you want to grow your Instagram ™ account organically, you can take your hashtag strategy one step further.

Follow hashtags that are relevant to your community so that relevant content is always shown right in your feed. You will also never miss the opportunity to say hello and build relationships with other companies and brands.

# 2 Focus on a strong call to action

Instagram ™ post subtitles are that Billboards of your feed. If you treat subtitles as an afterthought, you’re missing out on a great opportunity to start a conversation with your followers.

This includes that you include a strong call to action. Your followers should never have to guess what to ask of them. For example, take a look at what the SBZ team did in this Instagram ™ post. We encouraged more people to join the conversation by asking them to tag their favorite accounts. A Win-win for the Instagram ™ algorithm.

# 3 Spend time in the comments

Another easy way to organically grow your Instagram ™ community is by spending time in the comments. Forget about posting and falling. Trust me, when creating engaging content, there are plenty of ways to build relationships with your followers right below your post.

One way to keep the conversation going is to ask a follow-up question. That’s exactly what I did here with this follower who left a comment on my YouTube video.

# 4 Slide in the Instagram ™ direct messages

If you think you don’t have time to focus on Instagram ™ Direct Messages (DMs), think again. The DMs are goldenespecially if someone is consistently engaging with your content.

Go ahead and send them a message to reconnect. While this isn’t your opportunity to have a sales pitch, it’s a great way to have a more intimate one-on-one conversation.

# 5 Share Instagram ™ posts from feed to stories

You spend so much time creating beautiful content for your Instagram ™ feed. Why not make the most of it? The easiest way to do this is to share yours Instagram ™ posts in your stories.

In addition to your Instagram posts, you can also share content from other accounts. That’s exactly what I did here when I shared this great quote graphic from the Digital Marketer.

# 6 Use @mentions

Have you stumbled across an Instagram account that you love? Or did you share an Instagram post that is particularly relevant to some of your followers? Make sure to @mention them.

As simple as that Engagement strategy Lets people know that you are interested in a mutual conversation and want to have real, solid relationships.

# 7 Find partnerships and accountability partners

One of the things that has remained most consistent since starting my business has been the importance of partnerships and partners in accountability.

I’m not talking about your best friends or family. Instead, these are enterprising colleagues who will keep you posted – – and give you a dose of reality when you need it. I talked more about the importance of this collaboration IGTV.

# 8 Use voice notes in Instagram ™ direct messages

Getting into DMs isn’t the only way to organically grow your Instagram ™ community with one-on-one conversations. Surprise and delight your followers with a voice message.

It is completely unexpected and shows that you are ready to invest time in getting to know your followers as individuals.
