How to place a background photo behind a reel in an Instagram story
To add an image behind a reel to your Insta story:
First, share a reel to your story, like this:
It will appear in your Insta story.
Move the reels to the very top of your screen, just above the line. The line appears automatically as you move the reels.
Now it’s time to add your background photo.
Open your Camera Roll sticker and select your picture as follows:
You may need to enlarge the image to fill the screen.
Place the image just below the line, like this:
And the last step:
Tap and hold the reels and bring them back over the wallpaper:
