JuJu Smith-Schuster Brings Again TikTok Dances After Steelers Clinch AFC North – NBC4 Washington
Smith-Schuster brings back TikTok dances after Steeler’s AFC North win originally appeared on NBC Sports Washington
The Pittsburgh Steelers are AFC North champions and JuJu Smith-Schuster is dancing again.
After the Steelers beat the Colts on Sunday, the wide receiver released a video of his latest TikTok, in which he and his teammates danced to Pop Hunna’s song “Adderall (Corvette Corvette)”.
Why is this new? Well, for the past few weeks, Steeler’s broad receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster has been in the headlines and it had nothing to do with his game on the field.
Like many others, Smith-Schuster turned to TikTok – a video app that consists mostly of quick dances – in 2020 to expand its platform. Throughout the Pittsburgh season, the pass catcher posted videos prior to the games dancing to the above song on the opposing team’s logo.
However, Smith-Schuster stated earlier this week that he would stop doing it as it had become a question his teammates and coaches were asked about during the three-game loss and he preferred that his colleagues not bother with distractions .
Now the dance seems to be back, although this is in a different context. It comes after the game in the dressing room as a celebration for its team that deserves the division title.
Smith-Schuster noted that judgments from the media and opposing players won’t stop him from having fun. With the Steelers ending a losing streak and completing AFC North, that’s exactly what he’s doing.
