Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher partner Jason C. Lo has signed up for Apple in pending antitrust proceedings focusing on the market for iOS apps. The lawsuit was filed on June 15 by attorney Omero Banuelos on behalf of app developer Thomas M. Reilly in the California Northern District Court, alleging that his currency exchange petition, Converti, was wrongly removed from the Apple Store.
