“Congress is fueling an important debate on antitrust reform by passing several bills proposing changes to the legal landscape for acquisitions and mergers in the technology sector. These proposals aim to limit monopoly among social media companies, in the market for applications and due to the agglomeration of retail markets through online platforms like Amazon. “
